Material presence, made for modern rooms.

The shade is carved into overlapping petals that open like a tulip, and when lit the alabaster glows along each scalloped edge. It sits on a slender fluted brass stem and a round disc base, which gives the lamp more height and presence than its small footprint suggests. Handsome singly on a nightstand or dresser, and often bought as a pair to flank a console or a bed. Plug-in with the cord included, offered in eight metal finishes. Each shade is carved from natural alabaster, so the veining across the petals is unique to every lamp.
